Can I buy an individual item, or is it only bundles?
You can purchase both, full bundles or individual items, depending on what’s listed on the site.
Is gift packaging included?
Our ready-to-pick gift bundles already include premium gift packaging.
If you are purchasing individual items and would like them to be packed as a gift, you can select the gift packaging option in your cart. Additional charges will apply.
Can I include a personalized message or card with my gift?

Where Do We Deliver?
Bundle Company PK ships locally and internationally. While we’re delighted to deliver your gifts anywhere in the world, international courier charges must be covered by the sender. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination.
How do I know when my order has been placed / shipped?
You’ll get a confirmation email (or SMS) after placing an order. When we dispatch your parcel, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking info.
Can I exchange a standard (non-personalised) item?
Yes. Standard items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Are personalised items eligible for return or exchange?
No. All personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and share photos or a short video. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
