Personalized Items
- All personalized/customized products are made specially for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of placing your order.
Standard Items
- Standard (non-personalised) items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Process for Exchange
- Contact us at hello@bundlecompanypk.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you want to exchange.
- Once approved, you may be asked to ship the item back to us.
- After inspection, we will ship the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

- Personalized/customized products
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions
Monitoring and Refusal of Returns
