Shipping Policy

At The Bundle Company, we take pride in making sure every order reaches you safely, beautifully packaged, and on time. Each bundle is handled with care from the moment it leaves our hands until it arrives at your doorstep.

Processing Time

All confirmed orders are prepared and dispatched within 3-7 business days, which are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

If your order includes a personalized or custom item, please allow an additional two to three business days for production before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

We work with trusted courier partners across Pakistan to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
For major cities, standard delivery usually takes five to seven business days. Express delivery is available in selected cities and typically takes three to five business days.

For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take between five and eight business days. These timeframes are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather, courier schedules, or national holidays.

For international orders, delivery usually takes between seven and fourteen business days depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.
Within Pakistan, standard delivery charges apply. Orders above PKR 50,000 qualify for free delivery nationwide.

For international shipments, charges will appear at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applied by your country’s authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message containing your tracking number. This can be used to follow your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
If you face any difficulty tracking your order, our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.

Delays and Delivery Issues

We always strive to deliver on time, but sometimes unexpected delays may occur due to courier logistics or weather conditions.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
