Shipping Policy

At Bundle Company, we take pride in making sure every gift reaches its little one safely, beautifully packaged and on time.

Same-Day Delivery in Karachi

Order ready-to-gift items by 12 pm and we will deliver the same day within Karachi. Orders placed after 12 pm are delivered the next day. Same-day delivery runs seven days a week, including Saturday and Sunday.

Next-Day Delivery Across Pakistan

Orders confirmed by 12 pm are dispatched the same day and usually arrive the next day in major cities across Pakistan. Remote or less accessible areas may take a little longer, depending on the courier route.

Personalised Items

Personalised pieces are embroidered, engraved or printed by hand, so please allow two to three days for production before dispatch. Some personalised weaning items take longer; we will confirm the expected date with you on WhatsApp when you order. If you need a personalised gift by a particular date, message us before ordering and we will do our best to make it happen.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders usually arrive within seven to fourteen business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel. Orders above PKR 50,000 qualify for free delivery within Pakistan. For international shipments, charges appear at checkout; any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp when your order is placed, and a tracking number once it has been dispatched. If you have any difficulty tracking your order, our team will be happy to help.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We can ship to one address per order. To send gifts to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address.

Delays and Delivery Issues

We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally happen because of courier logistics, weather or public holidays. If your order does not arrive within the expected time, contact us with your order number and we will look into it right away.
